About Us
Based in Kampala Uganda. Soul orchestra Afrika is a dream group that was started in 2007 to bring on a new scene in live music played in Uganda, East Africa. S.O.A started with four members that were; Daniel Kalule, Denis Kabuye, Duncan Katimbo and Peterson Wasswa. Now it boasts of more than 30 talented musicians. It is comprised of talented young musicians who have devoted their time to developing their music skills and discipline. Our Musicians have expertise ranging from ABRSM grades 5-8 in their respective instruments. S.O.A plays different genres of music that is; Classical, Contemporary, Pop, Jazz, African fusion and other collaborations. Our aim is music fit for the “Soul” Learn more by exploring the site, and feel free to get in touch with any of your comments and questions.
